The Erosion of the Rule of Law and the Deconstruction of Freedom: The Terrifying Truth about Terrorism
The US Government is using domestic terrorism to politically persecute American citizens, at the same time, new JFK files have been released confirming that Oswald was a CIA informant.
The Orwellian declaration of “Domestic Terrorism” by the bureaucratic agencies within the Federal Government is the beginning of political persecution that was only seen from America’s enemies of the past. The death of the Constitution is upon the American people as we all have to contend with the consequences of a tyrannical government that labels and persecutes its own citizens as “domestic terrorists.” Many people do not realize how dangerous this is, yet America’s greatest leaders throughout history would have campaigned against such despicable tyranny. The clear signs of the tyrannical system we are currently living under is obvious, and the litmus tests for this political persecution have already begun decades ago. This is something John F. Kennedy would have never allowed during his administration, and our forefathers would be ashamed of their great experiment as we seem to be failing their governmental creation. Anti-terrorism equals tyranny, as Q-Anon is now “terroristic activity.” As organizations like the Washington Post lie to erase the people’s history, quotes like, “a republic, if you can keep it,” has never held such meaning.
Modern America’s so-called leaders, and the “deepstate” bureaucracy that controls them, obviously hate the American people and they have been scheming behind closed doors for decades on how to criminalize politics. This criminal mob justice mafia controlling the government has several goals; destroy the free market, disarm the population, criminalize free thought, and legally castrate the American Constitution. This mafia state ran by ABC agencies are officially lawless as they disregard the laws of the Constitution in countless different ways. One of these ways of disobeying the law is labelling the American people as “threats to democracy,” when in reality, the very definition of anti-terrorism is a threat to the Republic. This is the terrifying truth about domestic terrorism. The legal standing and the “threat tag” of terrorism put on American citizens should be abolished immediately, along with several government agencies that promote tyrannical practices.
The word terrorism has become a trump card for the American justice system for the past several decades. This term was introduced by Hollywood and the western media as early as the 1980’s, and since the attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001, George Bush’s “war on terror” has been used to deny American citizens their 4th amendment rights. At first the “war on terror” was only used in the public for foreign threats to America, but shortly after a specific incident in 2002, these 4th amendment rights have been completely destroyed by the term “terrorism.” Did anyone who grew up in the early 20th century ever here of the word terrorism in their childhood?
The first violation of the Constitution with the term “terrorism” was the state sponsored persecution of a man named Jose Padilla. This relatively unknown “terrorism” case was covered up by the western media and was never given the coverage that it deserved. Jose Padilla actually never hurt anybody or committed a crime. This Hispanic American citizen was accused of having an alliance with Jihadist organizations who the government claimed was conspiring to plant a radioactive “dirty bomb.” On May 8th, 2002 Padilla was arrested and was held without bail, or a trial, for over 3 years in a military compound.
According to Wikipedia, in August of 2007 Padilla was found guilty by a federal grand jury. These federal grand juries are never disclosed to the public and never have been, and they weren’t when Jose Padilla was convicted of a crime that never happened. Jose was convicted of conspiring to commit murder as well as fund terrorism and was sentenced to 21 years in a federal prison. He was subjected to CIA torture tactics and is still in prison to this day. According to Wikipedia he filed lawsuits, “against the military for allegedly torturing him which were rejected by the courts for lack of merit and jurisdictional issues.”
According to press reports in 2002, Padilla had been in the Afghanistan-Pakistan region in 2001 and early 2002. At the time, the Defense Department said that Abu Zubaydah, then believed to be a top al-Qaeda official, had led the US to Padilla.
Padilla was alleged to have been trained in the construction and employment of radiologic weapons –“dirty bombs” at an al-Qaeda safe house in Lahore Pakistan. Padilla and Binyam Mohammed, a UK resident, were alleged to have been recruited at the Lahore safe house to travel to the United States to launch terrorist attacks.
However, more recent evidence suggest that the “dirty bomb” plot was likely a ruse to get out of Pakistan and based on an internet joke website purporting to describe how to build an H-bomb by swinging buckets of uranium as fast as possible. A 2003 CIA memo notes that the satirical article “is filled with countless technical inaccuracies which would likely result in death if anyone attempted to follow instructions, and definitely would not result in a nuclear explosion.
From the very beginning this dangerous declaration of terrorism by the state gave the federal government a free pass and the ability to deny Americans their most fundamental rights. These Constitutional rights that are denied are specifically the rights to privacy, the rights to speak freely, the right to bear arms, and the right to a speedy and fair trial. This label of “terrorist” and now “domestic terrorist” has created a second class of American citizens in a two-tiered justice system that has created complete lawlessness in the country that founded the rule of law. The fact that al Qaeda and the Taliban are now being sent cash and supplies even though they are ruled as terrorist organizations should be a clear sign that terrorism is just a ruse to persecute citizens that the state deems as a threat.
Ever since the “Fall of Kabul” during the month of August 2021 every American with a brain could plainly see the fallacies of a government that claims to care about its citizens while fighting the final fight in the “war on terror.” Joe Biden and the Democrats negotiated with terrorists overseas while at the same time, his state department was collecting American citizens, now called terrorists, in a Washington D.C. jail for the January 6th “insurrection.”
Several American soldiers lost their lives at the direction of Joe Biden and thousands of America citizens were left to the Taliban as planes flew off with refugees hanging from the landing gear. Over a dozen dead soldiers was the final result to a twenty year long war that cost tax payers $2 Trillion dollars. In response to those attacks the Biden administration blew up an Afghani family, including a humanitarian worker and several small children. This disaster known as “the fall of Kabul,” has gone down in history as the biggest military debacle the American military has ever fumbled through. The Taliban and al-Qaeda won the “war on terror” in Afghanistan.
The Democrats left millions of dollars in equipment that was possibly sold to China, and now it has officially been confirmed that the American Government is still giving aid to Afghanistan which equates to giving money to the Taliban. American tax payers are paying “humanitarian aid” to Afghanistan so the Taliban can be enriched while they oppress their own citizens.
An Australian news website called ABC.net very recently broke the story that, “Deliveries of millions in hard cash prompts concern over financial transparency in Afghanistan.” The news publication reported that a photo showing millions of dollars in cash packaged in blue bags showed up in a Kabul airport tarmac. The Afghanistan bank claimed that it had received $40 million dollars in cash for humanitarian aid “on November 29, December 5th, and December 6th, and each delivery was passed to a commercial bank.” The Afghanistan bank was quoted in a statement saying that it was thankful for the money and that it “helps the needy people of the society.” The bank did not “clarify” where the aid money was coming from, or “what it meant by humanitarian aid,” but this begged the question: where is the money coming from and who delivered it?
The article could not confirm where the money was coming from, but many suspicions point to the United States government or the United Nations. Dr Iqtait, from the Center of Arab and Islamic studies at the Australian National University claimed that the photos are authentic and that it looks to be more than $40 million dollars. He was quoted in the article as saying, “This is not money for humanitarian support, and otherwise it would have gone through other destinations.”
Questions were raised about money transparency in the article claiming that when the money reaches the destination there is no way to make sure the money is not going to the Taliban or al-Qaeda. Is it possible that the Biden Administration paid off the Taliban for the withdrawal of troops in August of 2021? Suspicion looms while others believe that this is the work of the United Nations. Could the UN be laundering money through Afghanistan? Is the money actually helping the Afghani people? Nobody really knows the answers to these questions as there is no accurate way to report what is truly going on in Afghanistan. This is due to the Taliban cutting off communication with the outside world.
The main question that needs to be asked is: why are American tax dollars going to America’s enemies while American citizens are struggling to put food on the table? And why are we funding terrorists while the American government is labeling its own citizens as domestic terrorists? We the people are giving money to foreign enemies overseas while we pay the American government to label our friends and family as terrorists, which is a form of absolute subjugation. Does this make any sense? Is anybody paying attention here? The answer is simple; we the people are living under the very definition of a totalitarian state.
A website called FEE.org put this very question to the test and came to the conclusion that we the people are absolutely living under an authoritarian and totalitarian state that is subjugating us. The writer of the article, Jon Miltimore, gave 14 signs that the American people are living under an oppressive administrative state without proper representation. These 14 signs were clear and if one checks each sign off one by one then anyone can agree that we are living under some type of oppression from the state. The excellent article outlined the clear signs while it ended by saying that, “as the state drifts further and further from its moral purpose, it becomes more and more important to understand the rights of man and the limits of government.”
The truth is in plain sight when it comes to authoritarianism in America and American citizens being labeled as “domestic terrorists.” Domestic terrorism is a term that is being thrown around like a basketball throughout congress and the bureaucracies that seem to control it. Fear based propaganda is used like a baseball bat to hit people with terms like “white supremacy” and “right-wing extremism”. These terms are used constantly as a brainwashing tactic and an avenue to label Americans as potential terrorist. The circus act never stops as scumbags like Jamie Raskin and Jerry Nadler use fake committees to take away our rights and shred the Constitution. This was all made possible by the fake insurrection that wasn’t an insurrection at all, but a riot that had multiple reports of plants attempting to insight rioters into entering the capitol. The question of “Who is Ray Epps?” still to this day, has never been answered.
A riot that lasted half a day, where only one officer died, with 5 protesters being murdered by the police, were the only casualties that occurred on that bizarre day. Scumbags like Jamie Ratskin have been the politicians amplifying harmful rhetoric that has divided the nation. This riot on Capitol Hill was not an insurrection yet awful politicians like Ratskin keep repeating the word insurrection over and over again. They do this because they know the power of repetition, and using words to psychologically dictate the narrative. If a lie is repeated enough times, it simply becomes the truth.
What politicians like Jamie Ratskin and Poopy Pants Nadler don’t realize is that a fake insurrection looks nothing like a real insurrection, which if this name calling and dividing of the American public continues, there very well could be an armed insurrection aimed towards Congress. What these abhorrent so-called leaders also don’t realize is that the further that they divide the American military with woke politics the more likely hood that they will lose a “real” insurrection. The possibility of a Coup de’ Tat is very possible with formerly trained soldiers that have remained true to their oaths. The Woke Military could not win a war against a group of goat herders in Afghanistan, how does Jamie Ratskin think a civil war in America will turn out?
Millions of Americans are watching as their friends and neighbors are being labeled as terrorists while scummy politicians are laughing in their faces on live Television. Eventually, if this dividing of the nation through harmful rhetoric continues, Americans will embrace becoming enemies of the state that members of Congress portray them to be. These so called “Domestic Terrorists,” might look to America’s enemies for support because they have nothing left to lose.
Eventually when someone is labeled a giant and treated like a monster, they slowly become that giant monster; and unfortunately, some monsterous giants can’t be fought. That is why the rebellious nature of Americans to fight an oppressive regime is called the sleeping giant. This Civil War 2 scenario could be a real possibility for America’s disasterous future because it is that revolutionary American spirit that is engrained in the American people. When you have a completely corrupt government, with an extremely overrated military, that possibility becomes more real every day. Realistically, in the current age, the American military is not the greatest fighting force the world has ever seen. Unfortunately, America has officially become a paper tiger and America’s enemies know it. This is great news for a society desperate for change by revolutionaries, but terrible news for a society that might have to fight against rival nations in the next World War.
If someone does not completely understand the complexity of what this double edged sword would look like, the best example was China during the Second World War. China literally fought World War 2 and a communist civil war uprising at the same time in the early 1940’s. This could be America’s future if the nation remains divided with violent rhetoric coming from the American Government. Garnering support for a war is just not possible, if you are calling half of your countrymen “domestic terrorists.” The same half of the American population that embrace masculinity and have the ability to fight using firearms are the same half being labeled as terrorists by the government. While most “wokeists” simply have had no experience firing a gun and are avid supporters for gun control, the “wokeists” who have fired a gun, are usually insane Marxists like Antifa.
Frankly, this is a recipe for disaster as we saber rattle against a battle hardened fighting force in Russia lead by a man who rides horses with his shirt off. Joe Biden can’t even ride a bicycle without making a complete fool out of the entire nation. America’s leaders can barely get dressed in the morning, yet they think they can win World War 3 against battle hardened enemies. These old fogies should be wearing slippers and a robe in a mental ward. These are all signs, along with countless others, that we are living under some sort of authoritarian tyranny that is completely controlled by lunatics.
The Gateway Pundit revealed the most terrifying evidence that we are living under an authoritarian state destined for some type of societal collapse. The article revealed sourced information that the Oathkeepers, a militia group and domestic enemy number one for the Feds, has over 300 members that are currently employed or formerly employed with the Department of Homeland Security. This is comparable to poking the sleeping giant in the eyeball with a spear.
The detailed information from a group called Project on Government Oversight (POGO) exposed the honey pot infiltration by the DHS which shows that the Federal Government is basically engineering its own means to politically persecute its own citizens. Historically this kind of corrupt activity always leads to genocide of dissenters as most nations who go down this road begin rounding up and killing their own citizens. Most people don’t realize that it wasn’t the Jewish population in Nazi Germany who were the first to get killed in the camps; it was Hitler’s political opposition who were the first ones to meet their maker.
Every time more evidence of Government infiltration during January 6th comes out to the public, it alludes to the capitol riot as being a “Reichstag fire” type event. This is a classic Psychological Operation tactic and the only reason I say “Reichstag fire” is because the Nazis wrote the book on Psychological warfare. If anybody has read any of my work in this newsletter they would know that I am a real Anti-fascist and an avid Anti-Marxist. This “Reichstag event” is a tactic where you burn down the sacred house and frame your opposition for the crime.
This type of Psychological Operations is also called a false-flag and it something that the American government in the past has denied even exists. It is only until recently that they admitted false flags exist. It is believed by many people that “deepstate” actors wanted the capitol to burn that day so they could blame it on their political opposition. This opposition is half the voters in America and they are American citizens that they have been trained to hate. These are the ideologies and Psy-Op tactics that are destroying our once great nation.
A leaked list of Oath Keepers members was published on Tuesday at the Project on Government Oversight (POGO) website.
It is not clear how POGO got this list.
The list included current or former employees of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) including members of the Border Patrol, Coast Guard, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Secret Service.
It is not clear how many of these men and women were federal operatives but the number is likely significant.
The Gateway Pundit also wrote this quoting from the Insider,
Launched in 2009, the Oath Keepers from the start tried to recruit from the military and law enforcement with an ostensible goal of upholding the US Constitution and having its members refuse unlawful orders, per the Southern Poverty law Center, which labels it an “extremist” group. In practice, that has meant, as on January 6th, rejecting the rule of law—court orders and democratic processes that thwart far-right policy goals—in favor of conspiracy theories and armed resistance.
More than a decade of recruitment has led the group to collect at least 306 members who have described themselves as “current or former employees of the Department of Homeland Security,” according to POGO, which reviewed the leaked membership documents from the group in partnership with the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project.
DHS agencies include US Customs and Immigration Services, the Transportation Security Administration, and the US Secret Service. Most of the self-described DHS employees asserted that they were retired, but at least one claimed to be an active duty Secret Service agent, another said they were a supervisor with Border Patrol, according to the documents reviewed by POGO.
The Gateway Pundit went on to report what most Conservatives and libertarians already know. They know that there were dozens of federal operatives who had infiltrated the Capitol Riot along with groups like The Proud Boys. That’s not to say there weren’t a bunch of legitimately angry Trump Supporter there who fell for the bait, but why didn’t the federal operatives stop the Capitol riot from happening? The obvious answer is that they wanted it to happen, it is not that complicated to understand why they wanted their political opposition to look bad. The reality of the situation is really felt though when you compare the events of January 6th with the nationwide riots in the summer of 2020, where almost nobody was prosecuted for dozens of people being murdered.
Political prisoners are still being held in a DC jail for a riot that happened almost two years ago; this makes no sense at all and is a clear violation of due process. So why is nothing being done about it, and why haven’t they been released?
The only answer for the clear authoritarianism in America is for the political right and the political left to adopt some sort of soft libertarianism. We have to go back to the original moral doctrines that our forefathers had established during the founding of this once great nation. We have to stop putting our faith in leaders and start putting our faith in ourselves. We the people need faith that we can change a truly corrupt system into something that once functioned better than any other system since Ancient Greece. Pericles, the father of democracy, would be very proud of the system we once had, yet very saddened that we lost control through complete corruption.

Newsweek released an article on December 6th, 2022 written by Nick Reynolds that shed light on the new documents that have just been released to the American public. A National Press Club conference revealed that Oswald was hired by the CIA three months before JFK’s assassination. Moreover, the CIA utilized Oswald as an asset for intelligence just weeks before the killing of one of the world’s greatest leaders.
“This is an extraordinary serious claim, and it has profound implications for the official story,” Morley said Tuesday morning in Washington. “The CIA knew far more about the lone gunman than then they are admitting even today. So this story deserves the closest possible scrutiny.”
The document, one of several researchers obtained this month as the result of an October lawsuit, is a precursor to a fuller release of documents anticipated by the National Archives this month.
The mandated release of records dates to a 2021 memo by President Joe Biden’s administration ordering the release of all documents related to the JFK assassination after several delays by agencies like the CIA and FBI. Attorneys for the Mary Ferrell Foundation argued that the agencies have illegally stalled the release of more than 16,000 additional documents related to the case over concerns they could potentially compromise the names of individuals and the methods used in intelligence-gathering activities more than a half-century ago.
The implications of the CIA having contact with the supposed lone assassin of the standing President of the United States are beyond nefarious. The CIA possibly paid the killer of America’s youngest President and perhaps the greatest leader in the past 60 years. When Oswald was arrested and brought to jail he was reported as saying multiple times that he was a patsy, and then shortly after his proclamation, within hours of the assassination, he was murdered by Jack Ruby who died of cancer shortly after. The killer of the accused assassin died of a terminal illness, which would be the perfect cover up. This, with many other holes in the official story, is why many people believe the government killed JFK. If the government has nothing to hide why don’t they release all of the 60 year old files?
“Et tu Brute?,” or more properly “Et tu Johnson!,” would have been the words that would have been spoken if the greatest and youngest Liberal progressive President to have ever lived would have had the ability to speak. The CIA killed him in the most dastardly, nefarious, calculated and cowardly manner; worse than any other assassin in world history. This was a President who saved the world from destruction in the Cuban missile crisis.
The JFK killing was a public execution that never needed to happen, and ultimately it was a Coup by the National Security State that changed the American Government forever. It was a statement by the “deepstate” and the powers that controlled it to say, “we are in charge now!” The downfall of the nation, the erosion of the rule of law, and the deconstruction of freedom can all be bottle necked to that particular moment in America’s history. It was a chokepoint in time, a node if you will, when the destiny of the nation was decided. The JFK assassination and the cover up that ensued was an unforgivable sin that fate could neither encourage nor dissuade.
This is the American timeline that the creator has chose, but that is a subject for a different debate of whether fate truly exists. This does not mean that we cannot choose our own fate because the future has not yet been written. The American people can go down swinging with one last final battle of ideas. We can all join together and fight the regime with political activism and guaranteed freedom of choice. Free will is not yet lost, and we the people, can stand up for the Constitution and stand up for what’s right. We can put our faith in Donald Trump, or we can put our faith in ourselves, or we can put our faith in both and come out as the victors.
In Gods eyes, a fight to the death is a fight well fought, and we need to give this political fight everything we have or die trying. The right and the left still can come together and create moderates that have strong political messages. We have to be great men that create good times, instead of weak men that passively accept our own slavery. If the “deepstate” regime wants our rights guaranteed by the Constitution and guaranteed by great men like JFK, great men that believed in the rule of law, I say “Molon Labe,” make them earn our oppression.
We the people have to realize the game that is being played on us with Domestic Terrorism and the acceptance thereof. Domestic Terrorism is not a label that we the people should be willing to accept, and that label is against the supreme law of the land. If we the people are already terrorists then it won’t be long before “we the terrorists” peacefully say, “Liberty or Death!”
