Methodology of the Masquerade: How the Propaganda Machine Truly Operates
How and why does the Mainstream Media work in tandem to push out mainstream narratives?
The realization that most of the free press is pre-scripted like a bad reality TV show is a hard red-pill to swallow, but most Americans are starting to wake up to the reality that we live in a propagandized society and the American public is being lied to every day. Is this a forecast for doom and gloom? Not really, because we as Americans have different tools at our disposal to disseminate information that hasn’t been available to Americans in the past. This media landscape is just a different type of landscape and we have to become modernized in our choice of news. The days of news rooms dedicated to authentic journalism and dad carrying around the newspaper are over. But what is also over, are the days of being able to hide news stories in the back of the Sunday section. This is because the internet has provided “pure truth” available at everybody’s fingertip all day long, this is unlike any other time throughout history.
Readers have to sift through the muddy cesspool of lies like miners in a gold rush, but this mining operation has never been easier than it is right now with the World Wide Web. Internet access is available to us in the front pockets of our “old man” shirts because cell phones have made reporting and reading the news “too easy.” This ease of access of information is actually the greatest environment for liberty to flourish, which is a positive change that Americans should realize and feel a sense of gratitude towards. In a changing world we have truth at our fingertips, but this isn’t all that has changed because we, as Americans, also have to realize that the Corporate Press is dissolute and dysfunctional. This is something that the American people are starting to understand, but the solutions to America’s propaganda problem are still unclear. The ease of access to factual information is something that the propagandized American press in the past did not have to contend with, but it is ultimately up to us to decide the difference between journalism and propaganda.
The press has always had a bad spin, the yellow journalism of the Spanish-American, was the perfect example in American history. But in a growingly fake world where nothing will become real, the monkey wrench of undeniable digital truth has been thrown into the propaganda machine of the mainstream media. This is a world where anything can be investigated at the click of a mouse, or any source, or verifiable piece of information can be uploaded, at any internet access point in the world. Keeping the truth hidden is now more difficult than it was in the past; this is why the dastardly need for internet censorship has never been more important to the American Establishment and the elites that govern it. The fact of the matter is that Americans have always been fed propaganda, but in the information age, we have the ability to stop contributing to the masquerade.
One piece of verifiable evidence is the fact that multiple websites in the media somehow are able to print the exact same headlines word for word. This is something that is known as plagiarism which people learned about in grade school. In the old days, if there was a headline with the exact same words and the same subject matter was involved word for word, this was a liability for being sued; unless you had permission from the publisher to print such headlines. It seems that in the modern age multiple websites all have the permission from the same source, and that source is usually whoever breaks the story. Another reason for this is that these websites aren’t actually doing any journalism, they are being supplied by “news Services.” These news services and their sources remain hidden just as much as the news stories they try to hide.
When you ask the all powerful Google the question of: why are these headlines all the same? Google gives simplistic answers like, “this is because the news article was supplied by a news service,” or “they cannot afford to hire a journalist.” But the propaganda system and the way it operates always has a more complex answer in the background. This is because the control of media is control of the public mind and the reality is that these simplistic answers are not factual. In the free market of information the organizations that do their own journalism and provide truthful information are always the organizations that make the most money. So in reality hiring journalists is an investment, making this argument invalid, also, Google’s answers to the question never mentions writers and researchers as being different from journalists who are “on the scene;” this is an outdated way to look at the news in a world where live streams are frequently available from multiple eye witnesses. The world that Americans have to accept is that news sources are becoming centralized, and journalistic websites are usually pumping out the same propaganda from the same “news service” source.
A document called Apple Pie Propaganda written by Weston Sager revealed that the American government did away with a very important anti-propaganda bill in 2013. The Smith-Mundt Act was modernized and changed, making it completely ineffective against making American state-sponsored propaganda illegal under federal law. This bill was the only thing standing in the way of American people and the lies of the National Security State that only cares about money and power. This paper written in 2015, which is available at the Northwestern University of Law Review showed that the abolishment, or “modernization” of the Smith-Mundt Act has made it easy for the news to propagandize the American citizens.
The document which is posted by Northwestern said this,
In 2012, the United States spent over three-quarters of a billion dollars funding government agencies that produce and broadcast programming around the globe. Yet, for over sixty years, all international broadcasts produced by the federal government could not be disseminated within the United States. A longstanding provision contained within the Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (commonly known as the Smith–Mundt Act) prohibited the federal government from domestically disseminating any government-produced programming intended for a foreign audience, such as Voice of America and Radio Free Europe broadcasts. That all changed when the ban was lifted on July 2, 2013, allowing the U.S. Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of step toward a bleak Orwellian future in which the federal government dominates American media
The credible paper claims that this law allowed the US Government to covertly propagandize the American people by allowing it to fund the news. This was undoubtedly done through the ‘five eyes’ intelligence apparatus that governs the American Government. The paper claims that the only way this can be mitigated is “by expanding the judicially created government speech doctrine to require these agencies to properly attribute any materials they distribute to the American public.” Basically the government needs to make public who it funds, how much, and all the sources of its information. It needs to show the evidence of “where it gets its news.” The revision of this bill, which destroyed it’s purpose, is proof that Americans need to disseminate information ourselves with the veracity of an ancient Greek philosopher. We live in a world where website news is being pumped out by the government, which is really just propaganda masquerading as fact checkers.
We have to mitigate these new realizations of government sanctioned media with the modern nature of viral posts through social media. We have to become our own media as we share stories that are factually sourced and are extremely important to the wellbeing of the American people. We have to use platforms like Gab that support free speech, research, and journalism. The reality that these website news organizations don’t actually do their own research or write their own columns needs to be broadcast on these platforms like a wealthy advertiser’s product line. They should be made to earn their way, instead of peddling propaganda from a “news service.” This propaganda comes from the American Corporatized Establishment and the CIA intelligence apparatus which then leads to a group mental sickness where nobody knows the difference between propaganda and true journalism. This causes a disturbed American propagandized society which then makes judgments and actions that are based off the sick and twisted lies from the mainstream.
(This is an actual video by the US Army Psy-Op division seen above)
The American Establishments started a war in Iraq with “weapons of mass destruction” which was powered by pure propaganda. These were decisive actions that cost millions of lives which destroyed the reputation of the American Military. The whole world watched the American people start military conflicts based off the propagandized lies of the mainstream media. Now as these words are written this propaganda process is happening again in Ukraine. In actuality, the deepstate has declared a Psy-War on the public and has infiltrated these news services to benefit the powerful elite. This power of the elite ruling class is emblematic of a fascistic form of society. But what can Americans do to fight the propaganda and disseminate the truth from fiction?
Here is a list of possibilities:
The first thing you can do to fight propaganda is to widen your scope of information. Always have viewpoints from many different publications so that you can counter different arguments and facts from each side of political spectrum. Someone who defends propagandists, their favorite argument is: Oh what is that Fox news, or is that CNN, “then the story must not be true,” they say. People defending propaganda like to discredit news based off of where the publication is coming from and the political leaning that the news source tends to favor. So if you can counter the argument with a story from the opposite side of the political spectrum you know the story to be factual and you can show the story as factual.
The second thing you can do to fight propaganda is always check your sources. Never assume that the story is true if you don’t know the exact source that the news story is coming from. Some sources can be made up, or sources can be hidden by people claiming to be the source. A news story is only as credible as its sources, and if the source is bogus, the story is usually bogus. It is very important to cross-reference your sources with other news stories and other sources. Also usually if it is promised to be true by the mainstream, and repeated constantly by the mainstream, more than likely it is false because they have to advertise the propaganda to sell it. True Journalism doesn’t have to advertise the news to its consumers to sell because the truth is always in high demand.
The third thing you can do to fight propaganda is ask yourself: is there a motivation behind this news story? Is there a reason for the publication besides keeping the American public informed? Is there a reason why this publication could be lying to me? The reason could be climate change, or getting your pets spayed or neutered; it could be many things. Now every publisher has a motivation for wanting to attract viewers, but is this reason egregious or nefarious in nature? If I listen to a corporate news organization and they say vaccine efficacy is safe, then a minute later I see an advertisement for Phizer, the motivation for the propaganda is clear. The same goes for war profiteers selling American propaganda for ammunitions sales; this is why Fox News supports intervention in Ukraine while most of its listeners do not. The most deceptive techniques are when credible journalists push out propaganda stories, and awful propagandists hide credible stories with their bad reputations. The concept of limited hangout is also a form of Psychological warfare manipulation, where half the story is true while the other half is false or complexly disposed of. This is another propaganda possibility that needs to be contemplated when dealing with the liars and frauds in the media.
These three guidelines will help Americans disseminate truth, but what Americans have to comprehend and what Americans have to realize is: that if the news story is parroted by multiple websites using all the same headlines, then it is probably, but not always, Propaganda. Sadly, in modern times, the less mainstream a news story is the more credible the information. As long as the sources are credible, then the new story is credible, and only the best new stories will be covered up by propaganda. We as Americans have to also be aware of the techniques of propagandists and their methods that they use to hide the truth. This is a form of Psychological warfare that is being used on the American people by the CIA and the National Security State, and they have had a lot of practice using their techniques on other countries.
CNN recently did a story where they basically admitted that Chemtrails are real and they are being used for weather modification. The story was buried by other stories never to see the light of day again; CNN didn’t even advertise the veracity of its claims. The story is completely credible, but the fact that it came from CNN will automatically push conservative viewers away from the facts. This week FOX news reported that Congress had a meeting about UFO’s but because it is FOX news the facts will be discredited by liberals saying, “look at the conspiracy nuts.” This divide and conquer strategy is used on the minds of Americans to hide truth and push propaganda. Do you think the aliens would ever want to land on a planet like this? The deep state propagandists use the American people’s own political biases against them to keep facts hidden. For example, Hunter Biden’s laptop was labeled as Russian Disinformation and right-wing propaganda. This was an ingenious technique by the greatest propagandists in the world, CNN, but unfortunately for them it is not working because they are also the most unpopular news station in America.
Realizing the techniques of the American propaganda machine is more important to Americans than ever before. What we believe is what defines us. The hope for the future has to drive the change, not just in our beliefs, but our belief system, our method of disseminating what we know to be true must change. To fight our enemies, we must study our enemies and their techniques. If the American people want to break the mind control, we have to realize how our enemies control the mind. The fight for the mind comes first, before the fight with our fists or our guns. Peaceful change can be achieved but we have to use the battlefield of truth in the marketplace of ideas to change peacefully.
The time to be your own Disinformation Governance Board is at hand, because now we have to fight the American Ministry of Truth. We can convince the majority of Americans what the truth truly is, but trust is the hardest thing to achieve in a world full of lies. Uncovering the masquerade for others is possible but it is difficult to awaken friends and family to its existence, but it has to be done. Until the majority of average Americans realize that they have been brainwashed to be divided and brainwashed to believe a certain narrative, the masquerade will go on. If we stop the propaganda machine, we can stop the masquerade, and this is the first step in uniting America against the ruling class who owns our government. This is the first step in waging a war against the enemy, a tyrant class at Davos that has already declared war on the American people. This is the first step in waging a war of ideologies, a war against the very fundamental idea of free will. This is the first step in waging a war against technocratic fascism.
Great article. So true.
